  1. Préchauffez le four à 160° environ.

    Mettre du papier cuisson au fond de votre moule de 20 cm de diamètre.

    Mixez les oeufs, le sucre et l'huile dans un autre bol puis ajoutez progressivement le mélange du dessus (farine). Ajoutez ensuite les carottes râpées, les noix et le gingembre confits en morceaux. Versez dans votre moule. Cuire 45 à 55 minutes. Vérifiez avec la pointe d'un couteau si le gâteau est tassez cuit. La lame doit ressortir sèche.
  3. Glaçage :
    Mélangez le beurre et le sucre glace puis ajoutez la farine et le cream cheese. Réservez au frais.

    Quand le gâteau est froid,posez le sur un plat de service et étalez le glaçage par dessus. Décorez avec des morceaux de noix et de gingembre confits en morceaux. Perso je n'ai mis que du Philadelphia et c’était très bon ;-)
